About Design
The customization process begins with receiving your hat design sketch or images. Based on factors such as quantity and complexity of craftsmanship, we provide you with a quotation.
If you don’t have a design sketch, simply provide us with details such as colors, logo placement, fabric preferences, hat functionality, or scenarios. We offer complimentary design services. For simple tasks like previewing logo placement on the hat, you can expect to see design drafts within approximately half an hour to two hours.
If you require us to design the hat style, it may take 1-2 days. Additionally, we offer collaborative brand development opportunities and provide OEM and ODM customization services.
About Sample
Once the hat design is confirmed or the details and pricing of the hat are finalized through communication, we proceed with sample making and pattern development services. We arrange for the sample room to produce 2-3 hat samples.
The sampling time in our hat factory is approximately 5-7 days. After the samples are ready, we will send them to the customer for confirmation if they meet the requirements. This process typically takes around 7-10 days.
About Mass Production
After the customer approves the hat samples for production, we schedule the production based on the workload of our production line. We will reconfirm the delivery time with the customer and sign the contract. Following this, we proceed to purchase hat materials according to the samples and process the hats through departments such as cutting, embroidery, printing, sewing, pressing, quality inspection, packaging, and sampling. The typical lead time for regular orders is usually 15-25 days after order confirmation.
If your order is urgent, we will make necessary adjustments to our delivery schedule accordingly. Once the delivery date is confirmed, our hat factory will strive to ensure timely delivery. However, many of our long-standing customers typically place orders a quarter or half a year in advance to ensure timely stocking.
